Really good staff service made our stay nice, always ready to assist with friendly advice.

The location felt unsafe at night with multiple instances making us uncomfortable.

Our one day stay was a stopover and we wanted to be close to the train station. Ideal location. Very quiet within the hotel despite noisy traffic outside. Lovely little courtyard. Rooms are small but really just right.

The check in was early, the room was good value for money with a big bed, AC and Juliet balcony. The setting of hotel was comfortable, in a great location making it easy to get to the airport. And we were near to grand boulevards, Marseille train station and old town.

From skeptic to superfan

The really good service provided by the hotel staff, especially from Victoria, was a highlight. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved relaxing on our little balcony with the soothing sounds of birds.

The area around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe at night, with street noise being a persistent issue that interrupted our sleep quality.

I had a fantastic stay with a clean and spacious Beautiful Double Room and enjoyed the delicious made-to-order breakfast options. The spa facilities were an amazing way to unwind! Just a bit noisy at times.

We fell in love with the fine decor and the warm ambiance throughout our stay. The spa facilities allowed us to unwind perfectly after a busy day of sightseeing, while the cleanliness and comfort of our room were nice. The friendly and helpful staff enhanced our experience, providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.

The only downside was the limited options for dining nearby, made finding meals sometimes a bit challenging.

The Beautiful Double Room is smaller than you'd expect, especially with a sloped ceiling that makes it feel even tighter. I found the area surrounding the hotel to be a bit sketchy at times, with plenty of street activity that left me feeling uneasy, particularly when heading out after dark. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room down effectively, and a few housekeeping details like dirty towels were off-putting. Be aware that the breakfast can run low on selections if you arrive later, which may leave you waiting for basic items like bread or fruits. It had its charm, but not without some quirks that might throw you off.

The room offered a lovely balcony with a view. The breakfast featured excellent selections like wonderful cheeses, croissants, and standout dishes like orange flower French toast.

The room felt a bit cramped and dark, which could be challenging for those expecting more spacious accommodations. I noticed a persistent musty smell, particularly during the humid evenings. The immediate area lacked good dining options, navigating a bit for satisfying meals.

Great location near the train station made our early departure easy. Spa facilities were a fantastic unexpected bonus, and we found the atrium and jetted pool particularly enjoyable. The breakfast was decent but could have offered more traditional local products.

The spa was really good, nice for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was diverse, with a wide range of delicious options. The layout was both modern and smart. I found the atmosphere calm and enjoyable 😊

Nice Stay in a Good Spot!

The location is perfect for sightseeing, just a quick walk to the port. Enjoyed chilling at the bar/lounge area. The only thing that bugged us was the spa fee. Charging 35 euros per person for a small pool is kinda wild. Would recommend for a short trip!

Sensational breakfast and fashionable double room. Particularly nice view and amenities in the bathroom. - Handy location close to a very nice restaurant. - Nearby Brasserie le Grand Escalier is a great place to chill out.

The room had a nice design, was pretty spacious, and the bathroom was clean. 🛁 the location was handy, pretty close to the airport.

This place is conveniently located in a charming area close to a train station and near the city center.
